Above all, the 2007 debates
are motivated by the need
for sensitizing African
youths on migration issues
like brain drain/waste and
healthy migration &
development. For the first
time in History, African
youths are finding their
voice... The ARA debates
are empowering African
youths to debate on and
find solutions to African
problems affecting their
future.
