The Trade Mark African Renaissance Ambassador Debates

Watch Highlights of  the
2007 ARA Debates
The African Renaissance Ambassador (ARA) Debates is truly the African
School Event of the Year. Each Debate is an opportunity for high school
students to discuss and debate  serious African and global issues. The ARA
debates are currently focused on
Migration and Development:

i) connecting Africans at home to those in the Diaspora: mobilizing and
empowering them to participate actively in the transformation of
Africa,
ii) educating Africans on the realities (the good, bad and ugly) of life
abroad to facilitate immigrant integration and curb brain waste
iii)
Dissemination of an African Renaissance Ethos (DARE), empowering
a generation of African Renaissance Ambassadors.

Meanwhile ARA also encourages participation by Africans in other
International Debates addressing other serious African and  global issues
