PSS Mankon was opened by the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon,
on the 23RD of Oct 1978, with the first principal being Mr. Memoh
from 1978-1987. Then Mr. Francis Ndzuenyuiy became principal till 1994.
The Late Rev. S.A.K Ndingwan took over from 1994 before the current
Principal Mr Henry Fomuso.
In 1961, the school had opened as Women's Teachers Training
College Mankon (WTTC Mankon) with 38 women,
principal being Na Webah a Basel Missionary.

Today P.S.S Mankon is known for high academic performance, discipline, and
sports. PEMEXANS are very proud of their School.

Today, that reputation is on the line as they deate on an important topic
concerning  their future. All time PSS nemesis
CPC Bali  and other elite
schools have some words for PSS: "The debate is on! Bring it on!"
